location of /rm in Linux

I can't find the location where my projects are saved, namely the /rm . 

When I try to import a document I have the message "You are not permitted to put an artifact of the selected type in the specified  folder etc..." , 

I am logged in as the administrator of the server, but I can't create new folders. It might be some permissions problems on the server, but I can't find where the files are located or which directory is accessed . I have created an /home/IBMShared/ but apparently nothing relevant is in there. 

Any clues ?
